Do schools take into consideration how far below 25th percentile in GPA/LSAT?

A question for anyone who is more familiar with how exactly law schools judge your GPA or LSAT score if it is below 25th percentile. Do schools account for how far below the threshold you are? Or once you’re below the 25th percentile are there certain ranges that they generally treat the same? I.e. does applicant X with a 3.2 GPA have a significantly better chance over applicant Y with a 3.1 GPA and identical LSAT scores.

This is obviously coming from a splitter lol. My GPA isn’t horrible (>3.0) but still well below most schools’ 25th percentile GPA. Super curious if anyone has any insight on this!
