Need carburetor advice.

Already tried cleaning the carb, but probably need to try again. I couldn't believe it, this is actually a Briggs and Stratton engine, I thought it was a Suzuki. Quietest engine I've ever heard on a mower, whatever this weird thing is.

Anyways, any tips on cleaning this carb if you have any experience with this one? I thought the main jet was in the bowl but, but I guess not?
