Honda versus Toro gas push mower

I am in the market for a new gas powered push mower that needs to cover up to a half acre. I’ve heard the Honda HRN216VKAD is the best option but am now aware of the recent product recall and that they are no longer manufacturing mowers. I started looking around for alternatives and came across the Toro Recycler (model 21462). Which would you recommend or should I consider something else?

Also is there any meaningful difference between 21” and 22”?
