Bought a house so I could join :)

Okay so I’m completely new to grass but I have gained YouTube knowledge over time. So I bought some tahoma 31 and it came in well with a lot of work and leaning. Almost killed it. I just over seeded with a shiz ton of Obsidian Blend elite perennial rye from twinseed. It’s fireball hatrick and tee box…something. Take a gander at my first creation… keep in mind this was all weed and dirt when I moved in. Lots of other thingss went into it so if you have questions please ask. Also I’m west Texas if that helps!
