Steam nozzle angle

Not sure if the English term is correct, but I guess the question is clear nonetheless. See video, the angle is very flat, as opposed to steep down. That seem to make it harder to properly create the necessary vortex.

It is the default two hole steam nozzle of the Profitec Pro 400. Would it make a difference if I got a new nozzle with two (or three?) holes more pointing downwards?
