Buying a new laptop

Hello i need a new laptop and i got 2 choices Hp victus core i5-12450h and rtx 3050 4gb For 655$ Hp victus amd ryzen 5 7535hs and rx6550m 4 gb For 580$ Both 16 gb ram and 512gb ssd Which one should iget I usually use my laptop all the time for light gaming and video/photo editing + teaching/ learning Which one should i get?
