looking for a roommate!!! :)

hello! im looking for a roommate in the lansing area (preferably female/nonbinary). i’d like to move ASAP as i’m currently living with my ex boyfriend lol

about me: - my name is chloe! - im 22, almost 23 - i have a cat named bubby who is EXTREMELY loving and insanely adorable, but will probably need to be the only pet (possibly could be with another cat!!!) - i love horror movies, thrifting, concerts, youtube, coffee, all kinds of music (except for country, sorry not sorry)

“pro’s” for living with me: - as mentioned earlier: my cat, bubby!! seriously the most affectionate and gentle cat ever. he can also do tricks! - i’m a pretty good cook! i’m no gordon ramsay, but i really love to cook for people. - i like to keep my apartment clean! my examples of how i can be messy are: leaving a cup of water out, sweatshirt on a chair, shoes by the door. not perfect, but i don’t like things like food being left out.

“con’s” for living with me: - insomniac. sometimes my insomnia can get pretty bad and i like to stay up and watch TV quietly. so if ur an extremely light sleeper, steer clear. - i smoke weed and vape. this might actually be a pro for you! lol, but i vape and smoke (dab pens) and i have no problem doing it outside, but i will not be quitting as of now. - i can’t legally/medically drive because of a seizure disorder. i’m used to it and able to get around myself, but if ur in need of a roommate with a car or an ability to drive, i am unfortunately not ur girl.

the max amount of money im wanting to split for an apartment is $800 ($1600/month) but i’d like to find something more around the $500-$600 ($1000-$1200/month) mark. i have lots of options for apartments already saved, just let me know if ur interested!
