Would you consider this “rough grade”?

We had a couple of geothermal wells drilled and this is how the crew left the side of my house. Contract says they will return the area to rough grade.

I don’t care about the appearance - my concern is that they’ve completely blocked off the drainage ditch on the left side with dirt. As you can see, water has already started to pool there, and it’s essentially a mud pit.

We’re expecting an inch of rain tomorrow and my neighbor’s entire lot drains into that ditch.

How would you approach this situation? It’s Saturday, and if I can’t get ahold of the crew, I have no choice but to get my ass out there with a shovel, or spend $$ renting a mini excavator.
