Ride-proof mascara?

Hello! I don't cycle often for exercise/sport, mainly just a mode of transportation to the store, getting to work, the normal every things that are a bit farther than I want to walk (I live in a city). I was going to post this question in the bike commuting sub, but thought this might get me closer to my target group...

I have to leave by 530am to get to work. While I don't wear a lot of make up, I do prefer to throw a little concealer, blush, and mascara on to brighten up my sleepy morning face. However as the weather has gotten much colder, my eyes have been water a smidge and my current mascara is no longer staying put by the time I get to work. I've tried a few "waterproof" mascaras, but I've found them to be very stiff and as such they flake off and get into my eyes throughout the day...

Any recommendations on mascara that you've worn on rides/commutes that's stayed put and you've loved? I'd probably skip it if it was pouring rain out, but I still want to wear something. I already have to change clothes very quickly when I get to work, and there are only two bathrooms so I'm trying to limit my time in the bathroom as much as possible for my fellow co-workers also trying to clock in by 6am, which is why I try to be as ready as possible before I leave my house.
