If you autoclave your LB with antibiotics, are they just inactivated? Or do they become toxic to E. coli?

I'm doing a growth for overexpression, and i found out something was wrong with our autoclave yesterday. I was thinking about re-autoclaving, but I've already added my antibiotics (kanamycin & ampicillin). If I re-autoclave now, and then just add fresh antibiotics afterwards (once it has cooled) is that okay? Or will the destroyed antibiotics somehow be toxic to my E.coli?
