Don’t go to Spay/Neuter Express

This place (located in Otsego) was super gross once we stepped inside. I understand they are helping many people with their cheap pricing and that is why we went for a booster vaccination.

Two of the ladies helping us at the front had high tension between each other and we could tell they did not like one another. We also asked for a nail trimming and found out the next day that they only clipped half the nails on our kitty.

I would not recommend for those who can help it, there are many other low cost clinics who provide more professional services (Fur Wellness in GR was fantastic). We considered this place because it was so highly recommended on this subreddit so thought I’d share.
