Anniversary sale shipping

Hey!

I had a question about shipping, when are items usually shipped during these sales? I do know there are a lot of people ordering, and most vendors are probably very busy during times like these.

I read somewhere that items don’t ship until after the sale is over, is that true? Has anyone had their items ship yet?

If not, how long does it usually take before items are sent out?
