how long after ingesting roughly 5grams of kratom can I take a tramadol?

I know it’s not advised to take both together but…what would be an amount of hours passed that you would feel more comfortable taking a therapeutic dose of tramadol?

And I know people talk about tramadol like its the devil. But tbh i’ve been using low dose tramadol to self medicate depression for years. I started using kratom to replace the trams but kratom does little to nothing for me. I know it’s not an antidepressant and people use it for pain or to get off other stuff and keep withdrawals at bay. But honestly, I feel nothing when I take kratom aside from a short-lived (30 mins max) sense of extremely mild euphoria.

I don’t want judgement, i’m just looking for opinions from people that maybe take both. I’m honestly so depressed right now that I don’t even care about the risks. But there’s also a small part of me that’s a total hypochondriac.

I also know that the tramadol’s effects might be dulled due to the kratom. For me, I feel the tramadol even if i’ve taken kratom that day. Might not be as potent, but I still feel better.
