Will Gen Z and Gen Alpha Leaders Bring Real Development or Just Play It Safe?

Most of the leaders at the top today are from the millennial generation. But when Gen Z starts taking leadership roles, will our state actually see development?

From what I’ve observed, Gen Z seems less willing to take risks, especially when it comes to corruption or bending the rules for personal or family gain. In contrast, older generations were bold—often ready to pull off scams or controversial decisions to secure their family's interests, no matter the consequences.

Now, look at Gen Alpha. They seem to be growing up even more dependent—spoon-fed by privileges and tech. Will they have the grit, leadership, or decision-making abilities to solve real-world issues when it's their time?

The big question is: will these upcoming generations bring a positive shift through ethical leadership, or will their cautious and risk-averse nature hold back progress? Would love to hear your thoughts.
