Getting Motorbike drivers licence in Koh Samui with tourist exemption

Hello,

I've read/watched many things re: how to get the drivers licence here.

Apparently it's possible but would be great if someone who lives here can confirm how it went and what EXACTLY is required.

Is it legit? Do you need a TM30 or Residence Certificate ? I stay in a long term airbnb - how do I get this? I only have the 60 day tourist exemption stamp, no actual visa

I think the rest of the documents are self explanatory.

Also, if you have a European drivers licence(no IDP) do you still have to take all the tests ( technical and practical) ?
