Adding OEM Fog Lights To Kia Sorento

I have a 2012 Sorento LX V6. It does not have OEM fog lights but I am interested in adding them (as a fun project). I’ve located the bumper covers, fog light, and steering wheel switch I would need to purchase. It is my understanding that it does not usually come pre-wired from the factory with the option to add them later, and that a separate wiring harness needs to be purchased and installed. Looking at the options available here (wiring, front bumper assembly), how the heck do I know which of the options I should select (and if this is even necessary as an addition)? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
