Ice river KS3M (New to Mining)

Hello everyone I hope yall are doing well. I just bought a new KS3M from Bt-Miner. I’ve been doing my research but I can’t really find how to properly set it up, like where do you go to find pools, what are the best pools for US kaspa mining, how do I get the IP when I first get the Aisic, and etc, or if y’all can redirect me to a video. I bought it in a hurry, saw the price just 2k in one day, and then saw that on some sights it’s worth 12k so I figured I get it now and learn while I’m waiting.
