Where do you buy fabric?

Now that JoAnns is closing, where is your favorite place to buy fabric other than regular cotton? I'm talking flannel, fleece, terry cloth, knit fabrics... I'd like to avoid buying online if there's a good brick-and-mortar option. (And not Hobby Lobby)
