Does this count as a cuff?

This is way outside the realm of anything I've done before 😅 but I've been super obsessed with the Sims lately so I made this while bingewatching James Turner's Bigwallet legacy! Kinda wish there was something in the middle but when I added a sixth diamond there it made the "M" stick down in a way I didn't like, since it was part of the diamond.
