Can I resign immediately even with a two week notice?

My boss really wants to fire me, but I was able to dodge that a couple times. However, I already handed in my resignation letter right after my (hopefully) last shift, with a two week notice.

The reason I gave a two week's notice is because company policy states that if I resign without giving at least a two week's notice, then I will be listed as "non-rehireable". How important is this? Should I just straight up call and say "I resign" despite the two weeks notice? (I'm a soon-to-be college student working at a fast food restaurant)

Can I resign immediately, even though the two week notice? I do not want to have to be fired in order to leave before my two week notice's up, or get fired at all.

I do NOT want to go to back to that toxic workplace ever again, AND my boss wants me to leave ASAP.
