Jalandhar baddies

Yesterday i was at white diamond for holi celebration..there were too many baddies there which i never saw before in jalandhar..i juss donn know where they come from,,most probably from jalandhar heights.. Bc milte kaha hai ye log?konse school college jate hai ye ..poore sheher me kahi bhi ni dikhte..agr inhe dhoondna ho to kidhr jaye kya kre…not ki we cant approach them or we dont have guts…its just idk where tf they are..can anyone tell me where they hangout or where should we find them….
