Quotes and catchphrases of famous Irish people

I've been looking online for a list of quotations, and catchphrases, of famous Irish people, that have actually been heard in the media, and have made it into our common parlance. But 90 per cent of the results are just "Irish sayings" or "Irish slang" or ""quotes about the Irish", which are not what I'm looking for. I'm thinking of things like:

Gay Byrne: "Roll it there Colette".

Dustin: "Go on ya good thing".

O'Donovan brothers: "Pull like a dog".

Real things said by real people (or alter egos, like Dustin). Not quotes from scripted TV shows, or Irish proverbs, or old quotes from literature. Can you add to the list?
