old iphone trouble

i have this old iphone 4s that was reset, and all it does is open with the text hello in different languages, then swipe and it shows the connect to itunes screen, it does literally nothing else and i have no idea what to do, i put in an unblocked sim card and nothing so please any ideas of what to do, if there is a software that i can like download on my 2013 macbook air that can help me jailbreak it or something (my macbook doesn't let me log into itunes and its sort of a fossil but thats all i have) any tips im greatful for 🩷🩷🙏🙏
