First ipad.

Hi, I am a student. I wanted to buy an ipad for note taking. Well any tab for that, was looking into xiaomi, samsung and one plus. If I get an ipad 11th gen 128gigs with apple pencil 1 and a keybord attachment, will the pencil perform lag free during note taking? Please answer honestly. I can’t afford to invest anymore in this aspect.
