Screenshot no longer working after 18.3.1

I begrudging upgraded to 18.3.1 because it seemed to be security related. Changes to mail display and settings were an annoying surprise, but now my phone doesn’t screenshot. I couldn’t find any troubleshooting for this issue elsewhere.

iPhone 15, iOS 18.3.1. Confirmed each of the buttons work individually. Is there a setting I should be trying?
