What are some non stock/bank related investments?

I’m mainly talking about ones that don’t require a ton of capital to get started like real estate and such. I know of stocks, bonds, crypto, and CDs. I’m thinking more along the lines of like a vending machine. I don’t mind putting in some extra effort to get a little extra cash. I could throw around 2k at this right now. What do you guys invest in?
