(27/f) Trying a 36 hours fast !
It’s 11am and I’ve eaten at 10am. I want to go at least 36 hours, and even more if I’m in the right mindset. I’m just making this post to keep myself accountable, and in that way it is written down somewhere where it « matters ». I won’t say wish me luck since it’s discipline, so wish me mental strength ! 😌
EDIT : 8 hours and feeling good as hell
EDIT : 14 hours, will go to sleep now, doing great and haven’t feel really hungry today
EDIT: 23 hours, just woke up, don’t feel hungry. I’ll go for a 1 hour walk now.
EDIT : 32 hours, still not feeling hungry but I do feel like my energy is going down. I don’t know if it’s because of the fast or because I haven’t had the best sleep lately. Still I’m doing great :)
EDIT: yayyyyy I did it ! 36 hours, just finished eating and it felt sooooo good ! I loved it and felt great and still feel very happy about it. I’ll try to integrate a few 36 hours in a month :) it’s very curious but it almost felt easier than OMAD because I didn’t have to think about food for almost two days.
