Insomnia. Is there way out?

Hello fellow insomniacs,
Although it feels a little strange to be opening this post as I was hoping to be able to deal with the problem, here we are.
I am a man, 31 years old, with no known diseases.

Up until a few years ago I didn't have any significant sleep problems and was able to sleep for 5-6 hours without a problem, but unfortunately this has changed drastically in the last few years and although I can still tolerate the situation fairly well, it seems that I now need to take more serious measures. Today I manage to sleep no more than 2-3 hours, and I usually have no problem with falling asleep itself, but about 2-3 hours after that I wake up and can't fall asleep again until the morning. I have tried a number of measures and I will list some of them below so you can get an idea, dividing them into two categories - medicines and supplements and others.

Medicines and Supplements:
- Melatonin - capsules, spray, drops. Fluctuating results. I have never exceeded a dose of 3 mg daily.
- Many supplements with lavender, passionflower, hops, valerian and many others.
- Atarax (diphenylmethane). It worked for about 2-3 days, then I gave up due to the danger of addiction and the danger of a false positive drug test while driving.
- Ashwagandha KSM-66 - I have been taking it for about 5 days, 500 mg once a day. Can't tell if it works yet.

Others:

  • I do not smoke.
  • I do not drink alcohol.
  • I don't use nicotine.
  • I aim to have dinner no later than 7pm.
  • I try to limit fluid intake after 7pm.
  • I go to bed at the same time
  • I keep the room I sleep in dark and cool.
  • I try not to use a phone, TV or other source of blue light 1 hour before bed.
  • When I do use a computer, phone, or other similar technology, I use computer glasses with a blue light filter.

Despite all these measures, the problem persists and I can't seem to get a handle on it.

I would love to read how you got out of this situation and what helped you.

Sorry for the long post and thanks to those who will chime in with suggestions.
