Is this jet lag?

I came back from a ten day trip to South Korea and I have been really struggling with jet lag.

It was my first big flight (approximately 16 hour flight) and when I landed, I had no problems falling asleep. My sleeping problems came once I l landed back home.

I’m struggling with any consistency in sleeping, four days later after coming back. My brain can’t seem to fall asleep for anything more than an hour and my sleepiness is all clustered during the day. I made the mistake of napping for a day or two and it made things worse. The strangest thing is that I dream vividly despite being asleep for less than an hour and less than three hours overall.

Has anyone here experienced this? Should I be alarmed?
