Where can I get the whole Collection?

I have always wanted a full Collection of the whole Initial D Series. But I NEVER find anything like that under 90$, excluding shipping. And if I find anything under 90$, this thing is missing and one or two Stages are not included. Can anyone help me or am I just a broke teen that can't afford that and has to deliver some more Tofu to get the money.
