I just lost all of my progress

Windows decided to do an "update" that literally did nothing and now i'm logged out of discord and all of my progress is GONE. Does ANYONE know a solution. I tried refreshing and loading a new page of infinite craft but nothing works. I had a ton of first discoveries including super obaman 64 and superobaman racing. please. help me.
I also use opera gx
