An attempt at Vincent Van Gogh’s ‘skeleton smoking a cigarette’

I used to sketch and draw back when i was in the 10th grade. I had some decent practice back then which meant my drawings weren’t too bad. I quite too soon thinking i’m not good enough. I wish to start again and get better at it. I love charcoal as a medium but i’m not sure how to go about it. I made this sketch a couple of months ago. What are your thoughts? Please suggest some sources/courses that i can take up to get better.
