Is it me or everyone?

Recently After booking the tatkal ticket I'm not able to download the ticket which it the notification pops out as "unable to retrieve data". Do you'll facing this issue or it's just me??

And also the master list of passengers is not showing up while booking tatkal for sleeper while booking which I need to fill up manually now. Idk something is getting wrong!!
