How to deal with cat scratches on bike ?

There’s a cat in our society who likes to sleep inside my bike’s covers. She’s been doing this since last couple of months and until now I didn’t have any issues with that. So every time I have to use the bike, I just clean her hairs and bike is ready to go. But today I saw these scratches on my bike.

Any suggestions will be welcomed. How to deal with this cat situation ? And will scratch removers work on the scratches ?
