Which one to go with? Confused!

I'm going to sell off my R15 and upgrade to a high power machine. Engine wise I'm sure I need to go with what this 398cc offers but I'm a little confused between these two.

I need some help/suggestion as to what are some major differences between these two APART FROM THE LOOKS. I like how both of them look but i want to understand all of ya'll perspectives on this as well. Kindly help!
