Best Scooty below 1 lakhs?

Exactly what the title says, I am looking for a reliable scooty for my father. He will be using it for travelling shorter distances, max 4-5 km's. He is not interested in EV's, and was using Activa 135 for the past 8-9 years. Digital features are not the priority, the only major requirment is that it should not break down in a year or two. I don't have much knowledge about scooties and with the little research I did, I found TVS Jupiter, ACTIVA, TVS NTORQ etc to be fairly suiting my requirements, but any further guidance is welcome.
