Great Circle: Bugs preventing 100% completion

I’m playing on Xbox Series S, and I’m wondering if anyone has a fix for these bugs yet, and if the developers are aware of them.

1. Gizeh - “Weremacht Transmissons” is stuck at three out of four radio frequencies, despite having found them all. The other ones are out of my inventory, and I believe this bug stems from viewing one of the frequencies, but not collecting it immediately.

2. Sukhothai - “A Study in Fear” does not allow me to pick up Annika Lund’s notes after completion, yet they are highlighted as being collectible.
