Beware of ordering from JioMart
If you don't know Jio recently unveiled JioMart website few days back. This came after their launch in WhatsApp mode.
Like any other newly launched service I was very sceptical of them delivering in my area so was very surprised to see them delivering in my pincode. Two days later on 25th I saw a Reliance labelled truck in the road beside our apartment and after a while I found out that my neighbour ordered and he got delivery.
Seeing them delivering in my area I decided to try them out and ordered on 26th. Things went smoothly, I added items > added address > paid online. Was given delivery date of by 28th. Got a confirmation mail.
Day 27th passed away and saw no updates on order status.
On Day 28th when I checked my order page some items mysteriously showed 0, the total paid price came down so I thought they cancelled some order. Few hours later they started showing refund initiated.. Received no mail, sms regarding any sort of cancellation.
On 29th the status started showing In-Transit and page was showing that refund initiated on xx amount but all the items are still there at their original price in the list. It's not showing like it did before with cancelled items marked as ₹0.
On 30th, eagerly waiting for my order delivery and furiously checking my order page every hour no delivery happened.
On 31st same deal, no delivery happened however later that day the order history page simply started showing "Order placed? It might take few minutes to reflect here." means my order just got vanished in thin air. As of 1st June, writing this post around 8.58am order history is still blank.
Maybe I should have known better. Website now says that we are using a beta website, going by that their delivery is also still in beta. Please do not count on them to deliver on time and all the ordered items as well. I checked twitter and many people are also facing same issue of delayed delivery and order getting vanished from order history page.

Update on 2nd Jun 7:30pm
Received my order today. Delivery people said they are overwhelmed with orders. It seems like only one truck is delivering in our whole disctrict.
They cancelled some items though.
