I need help

So, my cousin received a call from ICE. He has asylum pending, EAD and SSN, also he doesn’t have court or anything.

It is just ICE calling him to check on him the 29 of this month.

He has some tattoos on his body, but he isn’t a felon or something. He is a person like me that we came here to seek a better life.
