Anyone elses stomach get upset after using the bathroom?

So, whenever I go and do my business, I always have to lay down afterward. Like, using the bathroom makes it feel like there is a pit in my stomach, so I have to lay down or it gets worse and I become nauseous. It's the weirdest thing, and I've never seen anyone else with the same issue
