Ovulation and flare up

Is it normal to get diarrhea and upset stomach around ovulation? I have ibs and it feels like a flare up but I looked at my calender and I'm a few days away from ovulation....I also have really bad anxiety so when I start getting an upset stomach I panic so bad and I have emetophobia so I'm worried I'm gonna be sick with it too which makes me panic more 🙃 I feel a bit of a mess I took imodium instants the day before yesterday as I had a bad stomach then aswell I was on and off the toilet all morning. I'm just so fed up right now 😩 I just wanna feel normal I get so depressed over having ibs and flare ups and taking time of work. Sorry I feel like I'm just venting and don't make sense I'm laying in bed crying
