Protesting in Week 13 Unranked?

I know it's week 13 but it's my first and Sebring GT3 was a shit show last night haha. I know it's unranked but what's the group's thoughts on protesting shitty driving during this week? No SR impact but they made sure to say the Sporting Code still stands. Don't want to waste my time if it's not the common practice, ty!
