iRacing Stuttering at times during the race.

Hi all, I'm running an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor, 32.0 GB, RTX 4080 SUPER, 49" monitor, my FPS is capped and constant at 120fps. I have pretty much high settings for all graphics with no issues.

However, sometimes I get stuttering, and I am unsure if it is related, but my sound seems to glitch at the time of the stuttering. FPS doesn't drop; the internet connection is stable.

Any clue why?

Edit: after a couple of things I have done a full uninstall of NVIDIA drivers (using DDU software) and clean install. *it seems this one helped. But it could have been a combination of other advices below. Thanks all.
