CPU issue

I’m so sick of my CPU issues. It runs perfectly fine on daily official races, and perfectly fine on a big grid of AI cars, but as soon as I race with a big grid like the daytona 24 or the zandvoort race this weekend it can’t handle it. The C and the S portion are completely in the red and I literally can’t set my graphics any lower. I’m using an i7 8750, gtx 1060 and 16gb ram

I did a hard reset on my laptop recently and also took it in for some new thermal paste and a deep cleaning.

I really have no clue what else I can do.
