Experiences with back market?

I've been recently searching for good deals on an iPhone Mini 13 and I've been looking at the reviews from previous buyers that have used back market and I've been pretty worried about the condition buyers receive their phones in. I've heard stories of horrible battery health and damage on the main screen when they bought it in excellent condition.
