How was your post-op pain?

Hey everyone! I’m getting a hysterectomy next month with the surgery robot and I wanted to ask how bad your pain was post-op. I’m honestly terrified of it and on top of that, I’m a single mom with no one willing to help me with my preschooler after surgery. The most help I’ll get is being driven home after surgery. I don’t have anyone friends that live close and my family won’t really help either. I keep reading horror stories of post-op pain that seems like agony and I’m truly scared now.
