Robot assisted laparoscopic surgery: How long before you were walking around the house?

I'm going in tomorrow morning. Wish me luck, surgery makes me SO nervous!

My husband is going back to work on Monday, so I'll be alone from Monday and going forward. How much time did it take before you were walking around the house? What about stairs? What about driving?

Is it realistic to think I'll be able to walk from the living room to the kitchen and back by Monday, considering the kitchen is only about 12 feet away?
