Can I fix my son's wagon?

Idk if a cerian technique, or maybe bonding agent? Idk but where the wheels are on this radio flyer have given out. I got it fr the freebies app, and didn't see in the photo, nor was it mentioned.. my 30 year old saw it and is soo excited ...and I'm sooooo broke ( ;-;) please help.
