Recommended pubs in Houston for watching Premier League soccer?

Surely there's a bar/pub somewhere in Houston to reliably catch English Premier League soccer matches. Are there preferred places for different teams? I'd love to find a soccer bar with a Liverpool following. Or Arsenal or Man U. Any recommendations?

There's a little hole in the wall bar in downtown Cincinnati (favored by the Liverpool supporters) that does quite a business tuning its TVs to EPL. If any match is being played at 8am on a Sunday, that place is open and pulling pints at 8am on Sunday. Hoping to find a place like that here.
