Systemic insecticides in granule/stick format against thrips, spidermites & the usual criminals in Europe?

I'm currently being overrun by pests, not a day goes by without discovering another fallen comrade. I'm honestly over spraying insecticides, I get paranoid since every single one is like "if you touch it, you'll die, if you breathe it in you'll die" and also I have to lugg all plants outside, spray them, return them without touching them before nightfall (gets too cold here) and I have too many plants, plants that are too large and plants that are too attached to the walls to do that.

However I'm having trouble finding systemic pesticides in granule form that I can pop in the dirt without too much interaction on my part. I'm located in Spain, Europe.

I have no problem washing individual leaves with a microfiber cloth and black soap to get rid of the majority, it's just the spraying I dislike. Thank you!!
